New runner? All runs, Monday, Wednesday and Friday are suitable for novice runners though you would be expected to run consistently for 15 mins or a mile to join the Wednesday social runs. Click on the Membership Form which tells you all you need to know about joining us. You will need a club vest to run in a race as a member of West Hull Ladies. Unfortunately we are not able to allow dogs to accompany us on club runs as this would make us non-compliant with public liability insurance.
