What is the Summer League?

It is a series of 8 races organised by East Hull Harriers running club.
They are run on Tuesday evenings, start time 7:15pm, except the 1st one which starts 7pm.
All the runs are on quiet country roads from various scenic locations.
The main race is a handicap race and therefore anyone could win, also there are handicap prizes for individual races if entering the handicap league. However, if you don t want to commit to a full series, you can run one off races paying on the night.
It is an excellent opportunity for the self improver, and a really beneficial evening out.

If you can spare time to come to the races as supporters, please do. Marshal support is really appreciated, as is simply being there to hold jumpers and cheer the West Hull Ladies in.
If you ve not been to the races before it will also give you the opportunity to find out what it is all about.

Prizes per Race
Male : 1st, 2nd, 3rd + JM, V40, V45, V50, V55 ,V60, V65, V70+
Female: 1st, 2nd, 3rd + JF, LV35, LV40, LV45, LV50, LV55, LV60, LV65+
Team prize each race - 1st 3 Male/Female in club

Only one individual prize per runner in each race.
Prizes given at an award presentation following the final race.
