This is the place for you
You can start with Run/Walk sessions which progress at your level until you are able to sustain gentle running.
Most of our runs are adapted to run alongside the main group so when you are ready to move on you will already feel confident that you can join in the main club runs.
This is for :-
Complete beginners starting run/walking
Slow/Steady runners 12-16 min/mile who want to get faster.
Injured runners who want to ease back into it.
Or women who just want to run slow and not feel pressured....
Please spread the word to any of your female friends who you think might be interested.
The training takes place from: Hull Sports - Latus Training, Chanterlands Ave.

On Mondays and Fridays at 6.15pm and you will be encouraged to join us for a parkrun on Saturday.
