New Runners and West Hull Ladies
Monday and Friday runs are suitable for novice runners. However, please ensure you can run for at least 15 minutes or 1 mile without stopping. You are welcome to run with us for a short trial period before we expect you to join.On Fridays we run a “buddy” system looking after new runners until they are able to run 3-4 miles. The following guide aims to help answer some of these and gives you a good start to ensuring your running is enjoyable.
